About Cecily Kreager

MA, LPCC

I am a therapist committed to walking alongside my clients with curiosity, playfulness, and a hopeful spirit. My approach is grounded in a decolonized lens, honoring each person’s inherent right to heal and their natural ability to reconnect with their wholeness—embracing all aspects of who they are, including the quirky, awkward, and imperfect. I believe true healing arises from integrating the self on all levels, and together, we can explore altered states of consciousness and the transpersonal realms as profound pathways for transformation.

As social beings, we are designed to heal in relationship, and it is an honor to support clients who are ready to embark on this journey of self-discovery and growth. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and radically accepting space where the exploration of your soul’s path can unfold freely and without judgment. I am also deeply committed to understanding and challenging oppressive systems that create isolation and disconnection in people’s lives.

With a background in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University, I take a whole-person approach to therapy, integrating contemplative practices and other evidence-based modalities. I am passionate about creating a space where clients can dismantle shame, regulate emotions, build resilience, and strengthen their connections to themselves and others. I specialize in developmental and intergenerational trauma and am attuned to the ways deep-rooted patterns, both conscious and unconscious, shape our relationships and overall well-being.

I welcome all parts of you—no matter how “strange” they may seem. Whether you're interested in dreamwork, somatic exploration, or non-ordinary experiences, you will find acceptance here. Together, we can navigate attachment patterns, anxiety, depression, grief (personal and collective), spiritual exploration, and much more.

My practice is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and LGBTQIA2+ inclusive. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA2+ community, I am dedicated to creating a space where all identities are honored. Whether you’re exploring your identity or living boldly outside conventional norms, you are welcome here. I strive to use identity-affirming language and practices to ensure our work together feels safe, courageous, and empowering.
